On the heels of a warm welcome in Miami in August,?Michael?s Genuine Home Brew is now available for the first time in the Cayman Islands! I?ve been on the rock since yesterday enjoying and sharing on Instagram?all the?fun little offerings chef Thomas drops by my bar pop-up office. ?This trip a taste of what he?s working on is all about the meat; our beer storage closet has been overrun by charcuterie of all kinds. From South African biltong and pepperoni to spreadable ?nduja and pancetta? ?Just delicious! ?We?ll be conducting some more staff training this afternoon on Home Brew and Michael arrives today to join in the fun of sharing the story behind the product.
