Why I like Family Time Fitness:
I find that the Family Time Fitness Curriculum is fun and easy. Our family is not an exercise video type of family. We always like to be outside running around, doing some sort of activity, or just monkeying around. I will admit that we were hesitant to try this curriculum but ever since the first time we used it I feel that it is worth every penny and then some because our family purchased this curriculum all full value and was not given any free product except to give away to my readers. A year later I still find it is like having a PE teacher or personal trainer in my back pocket on my computer, on my phone, and in my binder. This is just like meal planning for your family, the Family Time fitness curriculum takes all of the stress of trying to put together a PE program because all you have to do is look at the curriculum to find out what today?s lesson or activity will be.
